• Health & skin information you voluntarily share to help us tailor treatments safely.
• Payment information processed by Acuity / Square. We do not store full card details.
• Communication you send by email, text, or social channels.
• Site usage (basic analytics such as pages viewed) used to improve our services.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and provide your appointments.
• To send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and important service updates.
• To process purchases of products, memberships, and gift cards.
• To respond to your questions and improve our service.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers we use to run the studio (such as Acuity Scheduling and payment processors) and when required by law.

Our services are intended for clients 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
