We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, allowing your original deposit to be applied to your new appointment. Cancellations made without rescheduling at the time of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If same-day availability allows, we will gladly accommodate you at a later time that day at no additional charge. However, same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Clients are granted a 9-minute grace period. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
