How do I book an appointment for lashes, facials, or waxing?

Booking is simple — head to our Book Now page, choose your service, then pick a date and time. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your appointment is set.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance via your account or the link in your confirmation email. For last-minute changes (within 24 hours) please contact us directly.

What happens if I'm running late?

Please let us know as soon as you can. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the experience of the next guest.

Do you take walk-ins?

We're an appointment-only studio so we can give every client our full attention. If you'd like a same-day slot, message us — we sometimes have late availability.

What should I do to prepare for my lash appointment?

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes. Avoid oil-based products around the eyes for 24 hours beforehand as they can affect lash adhesion. Bring a contact lens case if you wear lenses — you may need to remove them during the appointment.

How do I care for my lash lift or extensions?

Keep them dry for the first 24–48 hours, avoid oil-based cleansers and waterproof mascara, and gently comb extensions with a lash brush each day. Book your fill or refresh every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

How long will the results of waxing last, and how often should I book?

Waxing results typically last 3–6 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. With regular appointments hair grows back softer and finer — we recommend rebooking every 4–6 weeks for smooth, lasting results.

How long should my hair be before a wax?

Accepted Answer

About a quarter of an inch — roughly the length of a grain of rice. If hair is too short the wax can't grip it; if it's very long we'll trim it for comfort before we start.

Is waxing painful?

There's some sensation, especially at your first appointment, but our hard-wax technique is designed for comfort. Most clients find each visit more comfortable than the last.

You'll see an immediate glow after most facials. For longer-term changes (texture, tone, congestion) we recommend a series of treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart.

What payment methods do you accept?
