My Story
A studio built on how you should feel.
T.A.S.E. began as something deeply personal — a response to every cold, rushed, uncomfortable waxing appointment I had ever sat through. I knew there had to be a better way: a space where the room is calm, the wax is gentle, and the person doing your service actually treats you like a whole human being.
So I built it. I became a licensed esthetician, trained obsessively in technique and skin science, and opened a private Philadelphia studio designed entirely around how clients should feel walking in and walking out — confident, cared for, and completely at ease.

Hey loves! I'm Ayanna — but you can call me Yanna, or even Alice, like many of my clients do. I was born and raised in Philly, and I am the owner of TASE, The Alice Skin Experience.
I'm a licensed esthetician based in the Northern Liberties area of Philly, specializing in body waxing, vagacial aftercare treatment, and creating a space where women feel cared for, comfortable, and completely themselves.
The Alice Skin Experience is named after my middle name, Alice, which I share with my grandmother. The name means noble, and that meaning is at the heart of everything I do. My aim is to give every client a service that feels elevated, trustworthy, and refined from start to finish. When you walk into my space, you are not just getting a wax — you are getting a highly personable and thoughtful experience rooted in care, comfort, and the noble energy behind the name Alice.
Since opening in 2021, I've had the honor of servicing over 2,000 women from all over the world. My space is all about comfort, care, and helping you stay smooth and confident during and after your service.
